Introduction
Katie started her career in education and sport in 1971 after attending Chelsea College of Physical Education in Eastbourne and graduating from Springfield College in the USA. Her education pathway has included being a teacher, Department Head, athletic director, assistant principal and principal. On the sport side she has successfully competed in and coached at the secondary and university levels. Combining lessons from both education and sport she has held national positions in two countries in coach education, leadership development and as a speaker at National Conferences.
