“David was exceptional. Words fail me, he gave a spectacular and inspirational presentation. He captured the hearts and minds of all the Heads debunking a lot of educational jargon”
“David's presentation went to the soul of education, the reason the Heads get up every day to try to make a difference. They left with renewed fire in their bellies and I can't thank him enough”
“His keynote speech opened the conference. It was excellent. He had prepared thoroughly, judged his audience to perfection and pitched the content expertly. He is a raconteur of great ability and delivered his speech with that mix of humour, authority and humility that marks out the best speakers."
I walked into WestPoint this morning as a knackered, increasingly cynical teacher ,dangerously close to losing my educational mojo. I left this afternoon re-energised and feeling as passionate about education as I did 35 years ago. Thank you.
“I have been following you on twitter but listening to you speak at Cramlington today was truly inspirational and thought provoking.”
“Just skyped with @realdcameron He really knows how to coach and inspire people
’My VP and I have really been inspired by your presentation on Thursday. We are just starting into the process of working on a shared vision for the school and your information was so helpful!
“Once again thank you for a fantastic experience on Thursday at the NAHT conference”
“I just wanted to say thank you so much for such an inspirational presentation. So much of what you said hit so many cords with me. I now have a plan of attack, have accepted that I can do anything but not everything and have re-found myself and my passion for making a difference to children's lives. Thank you so much for supporting me to re-evaluate things and see a way forward.”
“I thought you were truly inspirational- what you were saying truly makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! Your words were well chosen and inspirational to all those who want to get the best of out education! I know that you have the same impact on other like minded professionals who are keen to see the best out of children.”
“Now that I am back in the office- many thanks for leading our Conference on Friday. Your input was very well received and was extremely thought provoking. I especially enjoyed your sense of humour which is so useful when faced
with the stresses of leadership.”

"I’ve got nothing but positive feedback for David and the session. He really inspired all that attended and a quick look at his Twitter Account will show how popular he was with our NQ and Student Teachers!"
He was engaging and entertaining but also deeply thought-provoking.
Staff tell me it was the best in service morning they've ever experienced.
It was a delight to have him in our school.
The conference was probably the best residential conference I have organised in 7 seven years of doing this role, but the reason for its success was down to David who chaired the whole two days and gave a wonderful presentation. He called his presentation the 'The Big Finish' and it certainly lived up to its name. It was like going to a firework party where you leave the best display for last and David lit up the room. David's passion for education is infectious and he inspires delegates just by being in the room.
