Introduction
Graham has had over 40 years of experience in Education and Children’s Services as a Teacher, Headteacher, Inspector, Chief Education Officer and as Managing Director of the Children, Families and Education Directorate.
In addition, Graham was Specialist Advisor to the Education and Employment Parliamentary Select Committee. He was a member of the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families’ 8 – 13 Expert group, and also a member of the Minister of State for Schools and Learners’ Home Access Taskforce.
In January 2008 Graham was awarded the CBE in the New Year’s Honours list for Services to Education and Local Government.
Graham has had substantial experience both nationally and internationally as a speaker, consultant and trainer.
